Position summary:

工作描述

1. responsible for, but not limited to, managing a cross-functional team to perform sales activities of testing and measurement system and other automation system to a selected customer (Key Account)

2. Lead the account teams that engage with the most important China and Global customers based in Beijing, Suzhou, Shanghai or Shenzhen, China or Cupertino, CA, US growing the business revenues and strengthening relationships and opportunities with these accounts.

领导客户团队，与位于中国北京、苏州、上海或深圳或美国加利福尼亚州库珀蒂诺的最重要的中国和全球客户打交道，增加业务收入，加强与这些客户的关系和机会。

Responsibility：

1. Generating the results that align with the corporate business objectives. Define, plan and manage project milestone activities.

负责达成与公司业务目标一致的结果。制定、计划和管理项目的一些重大活动

2.Coordinate key account engagements with the global marketing and sales organizations to understand regional market opportunities and to prioritize outreach activities and support.

负责与全球市场营销和销售组织协调大客户业务，以了解区域市场机会，并优先安排外部推广活动和支持。

3.Direct a product development design or project team consisting of multiple engineering disciplines and coordinate activities between departments to meet product development or project requirements. Based on customer receptive target price to set up cost targets with team and senior management staff. Simultaneously set priorities/direction based on customer requirements.

负责指导多个工程产品研发设计或项目团队，协调各部门之间的活动，以满足产品开发或项目要求。根据客户接受的目标价格，与团队和高级管理人员制定成本目标。同时根据客户要求设定优先级/方向。

4.Act as interface with customer

REQUIREMENTS：

岗位要求：

1. Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or technical field.

具有工程或技术专业学士学位。

2. 2+ years experience in a similar position. Experience/knowledge in manufacturing processes, testing and measurements preferred.

2年以上相关工作经验。有制造工艺、测试和测量方面工作经验者优先。

3. Previous managerial experience preferred.

有管理经验者优先考虑

4. Technical understanding of popular and emerging technologies used in consumer electronics products.

对消费电子产品中流行和新兴的技术有较好的技术层面理解能力。

5. A history of working within cross functional organizations, able to establish common language with colleagues and align objectives and processes to execute as a team.

有在跨职能组织中工作的经历，能够带领团队成员执行、协调目标和流程。

6. Communication skills that enable the description of actionable requirements and accurate specifications that can be evaluated by engineering and R&D
