职位描述

Job Description & Responsibility:

  • Proactively seek to understand business priorities and partner development needs by working with field Operations/PRO leaders to conduct learning & development needs analysis;
  • Interact with Learning Solution team to comprehend existing and upcoming programs with timely practicality feedback;
  • Ensure aligned annual learning programs are implemented by national standards;
  • Consult and customize for unique learning projects with matching learning & development solutions based on regional needs and objectives;
  • Guide and collaborate Learning Innovation team to complete training course delivery, facilitation and rolling out learning content and programs;
  • Support the execution and logistics of planned learning courses and programs, including continuous improvement of learning management process and training result evaluation;
  • Inspire and elevate partners learning passion and experience in the purpose of building a learning organization.

Main Activities (not limited to):

Consulting and Execution

  • Diagnose and calibrate retail and SC partners/leaders’ learning & development needs;
  • Organize daily dialogue, round tables and any other kind of consulting approach to maintain effective pulse check;
  • Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with Ops/PRO leaders;
  • Deploy a wide variety of training methods for program implementation.

Localization and Customization

  • Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations;
  • Provide opportunities and feedback to Learning Solution and Learning Innovation Teams;

Quality Check and Evaluation

  • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices;
  • Enhance partner skills, performance, productivity and quality of work.

Qualification and Requirements:

  • 6-8 years HR experience (preferable in L&D domain) in multinational companies;
  • Solid organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple trainings at the same time;
  • Successful experience in learning & development program research, design and deployment for various target groups with proven capability in compose a training consulting progress;
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with complex learning project based experience;
  • Outstanding communication skill with various types of stakeholders;
  • Be able to navigate through ambiguity and proactively drive for results
