岗位职责：

Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities that lead to the planning, preparation and delivery of instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences.

计划、准备和开展能够促进学习积极性的教学活动，并为所有的学生在学习活动树立明确的目标。

Utilize a variety of learning materials and resources that meet students' varying needs.

使用不同的学习材料和资源来满足学生的多元化需求。

Instruct and monitor students in the use of learning materials and equipment and utilize relevant technology to support instruction.

督导学生使用学习材料和教学器材，并应用相关技术来支持教学。

Observe and evaluate each student's performance; and through the use of class work, homework, tests and assignments maintain accurate and complete records of each student’s progress and development.

观察和评估每个学生的表现；通过课堂作业、家庭作业和测试等，对每个学生的进步情况进行精确、完整的记录。

Communicate necessary information regularly to students, colleagues and parents regarding student progress and student needs.

关于学生的情况及需求，定期与学生、其他教师及家长进行必要的信息沟通。

Manage student behavior in the classroom by establishing and enforcing rules and procedures in accordance with the disciplinary systems of the school.

基于学校的纪律管理体系，通过遵照实施相关的守则，规范学生的课堂行为。

Collaborate willingly with colleagues by participating in all department, school and parent meetings.

参加所有部门、学校会议及家长会，乐于与其他教师协作。

Keep updated with developments in subject area, teaching resources and methods and make relevant changes to instructional plans and activities that reflect current research.

在学科领域、教学资源和教学方法上保持与时俱进，根据最新研究成果对教学计划和活动进行相应更新。

任职要求：

(1) an earned Master’s Degree or higher, in a field of music, from an accredited college or university

硕士及以上学位，音乐学专业

(2) vocal and instrumental music ability in working with individuals and groups

在个人和集体工作中，熟练应用声乐及器乐知识，熟练掌握多种管弦乐器教学和使用

(3) music certification and experience within the elementary, middle school or high school level

有小学、初中、或高中的音乐教学经验及资格。

(4) an awareness of relevant technology in their field

始终保持对相关专业进步的学习意识。

(5) a strong knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including speaking, reading and writing.

有良好的英语听、说、读、写能力及英文知识体系。
