SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Planning and Implementation
? Responsible for regional channel management to ensure respective commercial targets being achieved
? Work closely with BU about driving regional business result aligned with company requirement of compliance and business growth
Commercial Policy/Dealers Evaluation
? In charge of regional distributor business policy formulation, annual policy plan adjustment and updates
? Involved in the cooperation with business units to design regional business policy for new product release
? Complete distributor's business achievement rate evaluation in region on annually and quarterly basis
Dealer Training
? Build and improve regional dealer training system
? Organize regularly regional distributor training, including basic compliance training, incentive training, and risk knowledge training, etc.
Dealer Audit/ Qualification Review
? Responsible for organizing regional distributor audits; handle independent survey of new distributors' qualifications which including basic information of the company such as product lines, enterprise scale, proportion of domestic customers and foreign manufacturers, proportion of direct sales and distribution models, and business status such as number and proportion of direct supply hospitals, rebate situation
Provincial Bidding and Centralized Procurement
? Responsible for provincial bidding and centralized procurement online declaration management, including policy collection and collation, report and submit required information online, provide materials upon requests, etc.
Cost Management
? Responsible for the management and control of regional channel management expenses
? Understand and analyze regional business and financial data (such as sales trends, return on investment, plan and achievement, sales volume and ratio variance analysis)
QUALIFICATIONS
? Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal and organization skills
? Good interpersonal skill with both internal and external stakeholders
? Solid leadership foundation
? Ability to coach the team to sell in a consultative manner such that the customer need is discovered and addressed in an individualized clinical and data-driven manner
? Strong persuasiveness and influence skills required
? Have strong ability of developing new accounts, as well as distributor development and management, knowing well about how to identify and utilize external resources for business needs
? Know well about how to collect marketing information and make analysis
? Fluent in Mandarin and English
EDUCATION
? Bachelor or above of Medical Science
EXPERIENCE
? Candidate must have a minimum of 8 years sales/ commercial operation experiences. Experience in managing through building effective teams and managing organizational challenges
? Medical background/sales experience, laboratory experience, and/or nursing knowledge, Mammography Equipment knowledge desirable
? Business-to-business experience highly desire
