工作要求(英文)： Accountabilities:

To report to Customer service supervisor
To effectively communicate with customers & vendors
To independent handle daily work, tracing and tracking, reflection, recording, including below business type, but not limit to:
Import shipment - customs declaration, container trucking, warehouse storage
Coastal feeder - booking, cargo loading, container delivery
LTL trucking- cargo delivery
Emergence case handling
To monitor vendor daily service, accurate reflection and good cooperation with operation team
To proactively cooperate with cross department colleagues, e.g. Sales, Operation, F&A, etc.
To be responsible for OOCL LOGISTICS business system usage


Requirements:

College or above graduate
Import and logistics knowledge with related experience for 1-2 years or above.
Strong sense of responsibility, proactive, and open-minded
Good inter-personal skills and teamwork spirit
Willing to learn business in daily work
Capability to work under pressure and self-motivated
English reading and writing capability, CET 4 or above preferred
Familiar with Microsoft applications
