职位描述：
The E-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. We are looking for an experienced UX writer to join our design team and help build world-class E-commerce experiences for our users."

1. Create clear and helpful UX copies that ensure proper English and approved formatting under the ByteDance E-commerce department;
2. Solve the problem with both business and user needs in mind and bring insights to the design;
3. Collaborate with different stakeholders and drive consensus based on their feedback;
4. Establish UX content standards and guidelines;
5. Be able to manage high-quality work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
职位要求：
1. Native or bilingual proficiency in both English and Chinese;
2. 3+ years of English copywriting experience in online technology and related products, including both web and mobile UI;
3. A portfolio that illustrates your experience in writing UX copy and solving user problems through content;
4. Understand user-centered design process in the tech world and passionate about consistency and details;
5. Experience working with collaborative teams including Products, Designs, and Ux research teams throughout the product development process;
Bonus Qualifications：
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Technical Writing, UX, HCI, or relevant majors;
2. Experience with E-commerce products and user behavior;
3. Experience using Figma;
4. Familiarity with user experience research use data to provide informed use insights.
