Job Description

Lead the material planning and procurement team to ensure the on time material delivery according customer / production demand. Manage internal and external suppliers' performance and processes, control supply chain inventory and cost via continous improvement activities to realize KPIs achievement.
带领物料计划团队确保客户、生产需求物料的准时交付，并持续改善内外部供应商交付能力及成熟度优化供应链库存及费用结构以实现相关关键绩效指标。

'1. Create Mid / Long-term material plan according to market demand / consumption history / production capacity and communicate effectively with suppliers to ensure material preparation and capacity reservation.
根据市场预测、历史消耗及产能等信息，指定中长期原材料预测，并通过有效的供应商沟通确保供应商材料准备及产能预留。
2. Plan and order materials according to lead time with proper transportation mode. Monitor suppliers' delivery adherence to ensure the on time arrival and coordinate internal processes (e.g. goods receipt, incoming inspection, put away etc.) to make sure the material availability for production.
根据供应商交付周期及合理的运输方式下达原材料采购订单，追踪供应商发货确保原材料按时交付，并协调内部相关流程（如收货、进货检验、放行上架等）以保障生产需求的及时可用性。
3. Manage suppliers delivery performance, able to handle 1st level escalation and trigger further escalation for exceptions in time.
管理供应商交付表现，能够处理第一级升级流程并能适时触发进一步升级流程。
4. Control overall inventory level according to target deployment, continously optimize inventory structure via appropriate planning approaches (e.g. SAP initiatives, MRP parameter adjustment, scheduling agreement, consignment stock etc.)
根据业务指标要求控制整体库存水平，持续通过适当的计划措施优化库存水平（如SAP改善项目、MRP主数据调整、供应商计划协议、寄售库存等）。
5. Lead the team to proactively work on the digitalization solutions to improve suppliers' maturity level and working efficiency. (e.g. EDI/ASN, RPA etc.)
带领团队积极寻找数字化方案提升供应商成熟度及工作效率（如电子传输、发运追踪、流程自动化等）。
6. Cooperate with other teams / departments to safeguard smooth localization / relocation / new product projects as window person according to business requirements.
作为部门协调人参与跨部门团队合作的本地化、产品转移、新品引入项目以确保顺利实现业务目标。

Qualifications

'1. Bachelor degree, master or MBA is plus. Major in mechanical, trading or Logistic preferred
？？？ 本科及以上学历，机械，贸易或物流专业优先。
2. Minimum 5 years domain working experience in material planning / supply chain planning in manufacturing base.
？？？ 5年及以上大型生产型企业物料计划或供应链计划工作经验。
3. Rich knowledge and use cases in Excel / PowerPoint / SAP (at least in MM module) are all must. Data analytics skills (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau) is preferred.
？？？ 能够熟练使用Office办公软件及操作SAP（至少MM模块），熟悉数据分析工具（如PowerBI, Tableau）为佳。
4. Fluent Chinese and English, both written and spoken.
？？？ 流利的中英文书面及口语表达能力。
5. Strong supplier management experience with good communication and negotiation skills. Able to introduce and drive improvements independently.
？？？ 具备供应商管理、沟通、协商经验，能够独立带领改善项目。
6. Other requirements: open-minded, strong communication and learning capability. Good teamwork spirit ans sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure.
