Responsible for whole finance team management. annual budget & forecast and financial KPI reporting and analysis to support operation KPI and company target achieve. Improve team’s ability and set up a high efficient financial team..

1.Budget, forecast & reporting. Manage internal process in preparing the annual budget prepared on a monthly basis and monthly forecast ensuring that the relevant departments and managers have agreed to and are responsible for all key budgetary line items. Regular reporting to the management on financial performance, variance analysis relative to budget, and explanation of all material variance.
2.Formulate strategies, policies and procedures, including cost, tax, assets, budget, credit and cash flow management.
3.Develop and implement effective internal financial systems and reporting for accounting, cash flow, employee reimbursement, and A/R & A/P systems.
4.Manage monthly inventory status and inventory turns, production & process scrap and customer claim and variance reporting to support related depts.
5.Standard cost annual review, production variance analysis and monitor. Standard cost calculation for new product transfer.
6.Take the overall responsibility on accounting/reporting accuracy and tax management based on group/regional guidelines, rules
7.Trace the financial result from project awarded to SOP, including the capex control, Program cost management,work with project manager to push and monitor the project cost under budget, validate the project cost accuracy and improve program profitability
8.Take financial leader role in project quotation, work with quotation team to work out QWS and provide relevant financial analysis for decision-making. Optimize QWS from finance professional view.
9.Lead the financial department in PRC GAAP compliance and liaise with external auditors.
10.Finance team building, set up the department annual training plan and focus on improve team’s ability.
11.Other workload linked with Plant controlling.

任职要求：

1.Bachelor degree in Accounting/ Finance. Minimum of 3 years of working experience in finance department as a manager or above
2.Strong background in finance, corporate governance and business development
3.Strong financial analysis and business analysis skills
4.Highly familiar with local finance & Tax practice and relevant law regulations.
5.Knowledge of a major ERP system is a preferred.
6.Excellent English skills (written and verbally)
7.Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Powerpoint.
