Job Description

Key Focus？？？？？？？ (Key elements that distinguish the role)Support integration of price entry, commission, rebate and royalty processes for Lithium business of Albemarle and manage these processes on daily bases. Monitoring and controlling if the price entries, calculation of commission, rebate and royalty are done in accordance with policy sets, work instructions and procedures Issue resolution and investigation in any case of price discrepancy.Accountabilities？？？ (Results achieved which earn reward)

• Enforce pricing policies (“No price/No ship”)
• Calculate, monitor, adjust, and implement accruals and price adjustments in SAP
• Timely and accurate entry of all pricing components Review sales contracts for reasonability of pricing, terms, and rebate information; make recommendations for business implementation Coordinate and execute contract terms and conditions regarding pricing
• Manage pricing practices to ensure Sarbanes Oxley compliance
• Prepare global customer rebate analysis

Responsibilities？？？？？？？？？？？ (Activities done by this role)

• Support integration of price entry, commission, rebate and royalty processes for Lithium business of Albemarle
• Work in close cooperation with Global Pricing Team
• Manage price condition entries into SAP
• ？Research and troubleshoot price discrepancies
• Research and troubleshoot commission, rebate and royalty calculation discrepancies. ？
• Perform all duties in accordance with policy sets, work instructions and procedures ？
• Keeping contact with Sales Support, Sales/Business and Customer Service Representatives ？
• Accomplish the Monthly Missing Price report and Monthly Highlights report ？
• Perform all duties in accordance with policy sets, work instructions and procedures ？
• Collaboration with internal and external auditors ？
• Escalate issues to the Team Leader / OTC Global Resupply and Price Coordination Manager ？
• Satisfy metrics as defined by Albemarle ？
• Coordination of agent commissions in cooperation with our commission agents ？
• Provide quarterly royalty and rebate report to Sales / Business to follow rebate accruals. ？

Education/QualificationCollege or University degree ？Additional Skills, Capabilities and Experience

• Fluency in English/Japanese/Korean
• College or university degree or relevant experience ？
• Good IT skills (MS Office) ？
• SAP, SFDC knowledge is an advantage ？
• Excellent problem solving skills ？
• Outstanding communication skills ？
• Costumer focused attitude; meet or exceed customer expectations ？
