In War Flames, you have the opportunity to:
1. Work closely with the marketing and operational team to source content and successfully identify high potential products.
2. Extensive playtest and review games submitted to War Flames for evaluation across a variety of platforms and genres, as well as all notable new overseas market releases.
3. Prepare holistic content analyses, assessing a game’s merits across all key components (game design, game mechanics, balance, art, game economy, total addressable audience, etc.)
4. Compile regular reports on specific genres or overseas industry trends via infographics and research synthesis.
5. Monitor consumer trends across the PC, Mobile landscape and share findings with internal teams.
6. Initiate and maintain thoughtful conversations with top industry talent. Establish cooperative relations with them on behalf of War Flames.

We are looking for talents who:
1. We are looking for someone with a STRONG passion for game and a deep understanding of gameplay systems and mechanics. Rich gaming experience across platforms is REQUIRED. We would recommend you list up the game you have been playing recently or the games you enjoyed. Reviews/comments on any game would be appreciated.
2. Candidates are required to be highly analytical and possess excellent communications skills.
3. Business English required.
4. Familiar with overseas game publishing platforms like Steam, Epic Games, Google Play, App Store; and game media like IGN, PC Gamer, Twitch.
