任职描述 Job description：

1、 负责电力及非电力行业脱硝，添加剂等公司业务的市场拓展、销售渠道建立，并制订销售计划，确定销售政策； Responsible for the development of the market and the establishment of sales channels for the company's business of DeNOx and additives in the power and non-power industries, and set up sales plans and determine sales strategies;

2、 负责销售活动的策划和执行，完成销售任务；Be responsible for the planning and execution of sales activities and accomplish sales tasks.

3、 负责销售业务相关工作，配合进行售前售后服务，对客户和项目进行深度跟踪，协助项目经理开展好项目的执行，负责项目的款项催收；Responsible for sales business related work, cooperate with pre-sale and after-sale service, track customers and projects in depth, assist project manager to carry out project execution, and be responsible for project payment collection;

4、 开发、确立潜在客户，建立维护长期良好稳定的客户关系；开拓新市场、发展新客户、增加产品销售范围； Develop and establish potential customers, establish long-term good and stable customer relationship, open new markets, develop new customers and increase product sales scope;

5、 负责市场信息的收集及反馈工作，制作行业分析报告，对公司的销售政策和策略提供建议； Responsible for the collection and feedback of market information, making industry analysis reports, and providing suggestions on the company's sales policies and strategies;

6、 制定客户拜访计划，按照计划开展工作，定期汇报客户拜访情况并撰写销售报告；Make customer visit plan, carry out work according to plan, report customer visit regularly and write sales report;

7、 其他日常事务性工作；Other routine work;

任职资格 Qualification：

1、 大专及以上学历，环境工程、热能动力、市场营销、机械制造及与电力环保行业相关专业优先考虑；College degree or above. Majors in environmental engineering, thermal power, marketing, machinery manufacturing and related fields of power and environmental protection are preferred.

2、 三年及以上环保行业销售工作经验，脱硫脱硝、工业水处理等相关行业的从业经验；有电力行业、垃圾焚烧、生物质燃烧、钢铁，水泥，化工等行业销售经验者优先考虑；Three years or more sales experience in environmental protection industry, DeSOx and DeNOx, industrial water treatment and other related industries; sales experience in power industry, waste incineration, biomass combustion, iron and steel, cement, chemical industry and other industries is preferred;

3、 有独立的销售渠道，具有良好的市场拓展能力、大客户公关能力及业务开拓经验；具有一定的客户资源和客户关系，具备较强营销、推广能力和良好的人际沟通、分析和解决问题的能力；Have independent sales channels, have good market development ability, key customer public relations ability and business development experience; have certain customer resources and customer relations, have strong marketing, promotion ability and good interpersonal communication, analysis and problem solving ability;

4、 具有清晰的思维能力，语言表达能力，良好的应变能力；Has clear thinking ability, language expression ability, good adaptability;
