We are looking for a self-starter, highly driven and ambitious individual to join us as Account Manager for a global leading IT brand, to be based in Beijing.

As a key player of the team, and reporting to senior management, you will be instrumental in supporting the Client’s day-to-day business while simultaneously working in close collaboration with our content production center in Dalian to deliver high value content production outputs.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

· Client management – build and maintain a strong, long-term relationship with the Client, establishing yourself as a partner, not a vendor. You will spend close to 80% of your time at the client office but will be in close proximity to the China leadership

· Project ownership – contribute to the delivery of project objectives through astute direction of work flow to the appropriate team as required by the project, working in close partnership with stakeholders and expediting “crisis jobs” as needed

· Financials – deliver account performance and profitability, working closely with the finance team to ensure that billings and invoicing are up-to-date

· General housekeeping – generate cost estimates, organize and lead status meetings, prepare reports as and when necessary

· Representing eg+ – be the agency ambassador, upholding our mission and promoting our services at all times

Requirements

· Minimum 2 years of related account leadership experience in a Production or Creative agency in China

· Possess soft skills such as – attention to detail, multi-tasking and problem solving capabilities, critical thinking and communications skills and the ability to work under pressure on tight timelines

· Experience and understanding of creative production / project management across disciplines - digital, print and moving image (related background in video production is a plus)

· Excellent time and project management skills – you are always looking to improve processes

· Ability to prioritize among competing tasks

· A team player with a positive mind-set and approach toward Client, co-workers and work

· Excellent listening, negotiating and presentation skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills – in Chinese and English

· 客户管理—与客户建立并保持长期良好的合作关系，使eg+和客户之间的关系更上一层楼，要使双方成为合作伙伴，而不仅仅是供应商关系。你将有80%的时间呆在客户的办公室，并且与eg+的高层保持密切的联系

· 项目管理---根据项目需求，对项目流程进行督促和知道，将项目对接到响应团队，与客户保持紧密的联系，必要时需解决突发事件。

· 财务---提供账户情况和盈利能力，与财务团队紧密配合，确保账单和发票的有效性

· 行政管理----进行成本固件，组织双方高层会议，并即使汇报。

· 作为eg+的代表，始终坚持我们的工作理念，提高我们的服务质量

任职要求

? 至少2年以上客户管理经验 (广告行业) 。

? 软性能力，如:注重细节、多线程处理事务的能力、独立解决问题的能力、批判性思维和沟通能力，抗压力

? 对跨领域的创意制作/项目管理的经验和理解——视频制作相关背景优先

? 优秀的时间和项目管理技能——总是在寻求改进过程

? 在竞争任务中优先排序的能力。

? 具有团队合作精神，对客户、同事和工作都有积极的态度

? 优秀的倾听、谈判和演讲技巧。

? 优秀的中英文口头和书面沟通能力
