Main reuirements of the position will be:

1.开拓公司合作商网络/ The expansion of the company's network of Associates and Agnets

2.组织参与公司举办的活动与研讨会 The organization and participation in private events and seminars organized by the company

3.组织参与行业展会，会议与高级论坛/The oranization and participation to exhibitions，conferences and summits.

4.处理跟进直接客户或合作商客户的需求，提供介绍公司产品与服务/Generating direct or through network of Associates and Agents clients,handling their requirements and providing information about the company's products and services

5.为合作中介或合作方销售人员进行公司项目与服务的培训/Training sales personnel of Agnets and Associates on company's projects and services

岗位要求/Job experience/requirements/skills：

1.至少三年海外业务发展经验，有房地产或金融或移民从业经验优先考虑/Minimum three years' experience in an overseas business development role,perferably in real estate or financial sectors or immigration

2. 有优秀的沟通与谈判技巧/Strong communication and negotiation skills

3.项目介绍与组织能力强/Solid presentation and organisational skills

4.熟练使用电脑及相关设备/Very good knowledge of MS office and IT communication systems

5.弹性工作时间， 能接受出差/Working hours flexibility and willingness to travel extensively

6.能熟练使用英文，普通话/Absolute command of English, Mandarin

要求/QUALIFICATIONS

1.市场学或工商管理或相关专业大学毕业/University degree in Marketing or Business Administration, or any other related field

2. 英文熟练/ Excellent knowledge of English

3.责任心，诚实，有团队精神，善于沟通/Sense of responsibility, honesty, team spirit, good at communication
