1.     Support the HSE manager to improve the safety management system.

2.     Conduct the safety risk assessment for all positions.

      对所有职位进行安全风险评估。

3.     Inspect all the workplace to find the unsafe situations and make action plans to eliminate the risk.

检查所有工作场所以发现不安全情况并制定行动计划以消除风险

4.     Provide the safety training for the operators on chemical/hot work/work at height/confined space/lifting tools/forklift etc.

      为操作人员提供有关化学/高温作业/高空作业/密闭空间/起重工具/叉车等方面的安全培训。

5.     Develop the program to improve the management performance for certain area such as work at height/forklift/lifting tools etc.

6.     Support the HSE manager to investigate the accident. 支持HSE经理调查事故

7.     PPE management. 个人防护装备管理

8.     Manage the contractors working in the company. 管理在公司工作的承包商

9.     Issue the work permit for the high risk activity.

      签发高风险活动工作许可证

10.  Make the action plans to improve the safety mindset for all the employees.

        制定行动计划，以改善所有员工的安全意识

-Good in problem solving善于解决问题

-Strong knowledge in HSE and Chinese safety regulations熟悉HSE和中国安全法规

-Fluent in English on speaking and listening. 听说读写流利。

  -Good ability to multitask under pressure良好的压力下多任务处理能力
