岗位职责：内容编辑、图书策划、项目管理
1. 对外汉语或汉语言文学相关专业，本科以上学历。
2. 有志于教育文化事业，工作积极、主动、严谨、细致，有较强的责任心和事业心；
3. 了解儿童、青少年第二语言习得的特点，能够独立撰写、编辑儿童、青少年对外汉语教材或读物；
4. 具备良好的职业道德和团队协作精神；
5. 具有优秀的中英文表达能力；通过大学英语六级或专业英语四级考试；
6. 熟练使用常用办公软件；
7. 熟练应用互联网等资源；
8. 具有对外汉语教学经验，文字编辑、图书策划经验，文化艺术修养者优先。

BetterChinese.com was founded by educators from Columbia University and UN in 1997 with a mission to develop the best materials and programs to teach the Chinese language and culture to non-native speakers, ages 2-13. The teaching philosophy can be easily summarized with three words: 'Learning Through Stories.' Based on a classroom-proven pedagogy, BetterChinese developed a series of easy-to-use, fun and comprehensive materials to excite children about learning Chinese. Not only will they learn ;the language naturally, they will also have fun and develop a keen understanding of the Chinese culture. There are three levels with full multimedia curricula, including readers, storybooks, workbooks, audio CDs, animated CD-ROMs and additional classroom teaching aids. The levels are Basic: My First Chinese Words, Intermediate: My First Chinese Reader and Discovering Chinese, and Advanced: Magical China. In addition, there are 1000+ animated stories and games on DVD, the Internet and CD-ROM to provide children a truly interactive learning experience.
