工作职责：
1. 处理公司法律事务；
2. 根据国家法律法规及各项政策，为客户提供法律方面的专业咨询服务；
3. 为客户公司的设立，合并，投融资等项目提供法律事务支持；
4. 起草，审核各类客户和公司的法律文件；
任职要求：
1. 大学本科及以上学历；
2. 3年及以上在工商法领域工作经验，能够独立处理法务问题；
3. 良好的沟通能力，善于团队工作；
4. 流利的英文能力，能够起草，审核英文类法律文件；
