职位描述
This is a position with a competitive salary and with good commissions.
This position will report to the Managing Director.
Responsibilities:
1. Promote and sell properties from Spain to Chinese and other foreign investors in Beijing.
2. Attend events, make phone calls, and meet clients from the contacts list prepared by the Project Manager.
3. Develop business with new potential clients.
4. Follow marketing plan and prepare presentations for the prospects.
5. Prepare activity reports.
Qualification:
1. The successful candidate must possess at least 3-4 years relevant experience in a similar task.
2. Any experience selling either overseas properties or luxury properties in China is preferred.
3. The candidate needs to have excellent communication skills, to be both a team player and an independent
leader, and also must have a strong capacity to establish and maintain relation with costumers.
4. The candidate must have proven ability and success in developing the business and improving the process.
5. Oral and written mastery of both Chinese and English is required.
