职位描述：
1. Partner with Product, Tech and other internal/external teams to drive and execute the risk roadmap
2. Contribute to the design of risk programmes and policies in line with defined roadmap and risk appetite
3. Keep current on various risk trends that might affect the payment industry
4. Instil a positive risk culture in the company and provide customized training
5. Provide on-going tracking and monitoring of key risk metrics
6. Support the risk team in various initiatives and ad hoc projects as required
职位要求：
1. 5+ years of experience in managing risk projects preferably in the payment industry
2. Results oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment requiring prioritization and ownership
3. Confident communicator with the ability to interact at all levels, including working daily with cross functional teams
4. Aptitude to identify new ways to approach risk management and to think creatively
