Job Description:
The ADM China Cocoa & Specialty Products Division supplies the highest quality Cocoa and other ingredients with world class applications support to its customers in China
· Support existing ADM Cocoa & Specialty Products sales to ensure maintenance of our customer base, on-going sales volumes and margins
· Provide world class technical and applications support to customers using ADM Cocoa and Specialty Product ingredients
· Develop and maintain excellent technical knowledge of ADM Cocoa & Specialty Products including physical and chemical attributes, applications suitability and regulatory understanding
· Work with cross functional teams to boost sales of ADM products
· Work with Manager to implement global sales strategies locally to help profitable growth of the Cocoa & Specialty Products business in Northern China
· Implement aggressive sales growth strategies with ADM’s distribution agents, to deliver strong growth for ADM’s Cocoa & Specialty Products business in China
· Visit all key customers with distributors on an on-going and regular basis and ensure customer needs are being met
· Ensure distributors are fully supported with timely product information, technical support, pricing, market information, product samples and any other sales support tools to assist them in maximizing their market effectiveness
· Work with distributors to develop and maintain strategic sales plans. Identify key business opportunities and detail action plans for increasing sales
· Provide a written monthly report to ADM Management detailing distributor activity for the month
· Manage forecasts and inventory and assist Customer Service where necessary on product importation, logistics and customer support
· Develop detailed account plans for assigned key accounts
· Identify all business opportunities and fulfilment strategies for realizing those opportunities
· Prepare sales and expenditure budget reports as and when required by ADM Management

·与分销商合作,开发和维护战略销售计划。确定关键的业务机会和详细的行动计划,以增加销售
·提供书面ADM管理的细节分销商活动月的月度报告
·预测和库存管理和服务,帮助客户需要的产品进口,物流和客户支持
·制定详细的计划分配的主要客户
·确定所有的商业机会和实现策略实现这些机会

要求:
1 有可可销售经验,或油脂,香精,食品添加剂的销售经验;
2 有对北方地区的可可销售市场了解并了解其运作;
3 有英文基础,能够沟通;
4 食品工程专业毕业及相关专业。
