职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for supply chain activities, from order entry to delivery;
Act as logistics Interface between customers and our product line Customer Service Team to ensure Customer’s order & delivery; ensure all related logistics requirements arise from servicing the responsible customer are properly handled;
Handle order placing & confirmation, as well as other logistics co-ordination;
Follow up shipment and prepare the proforma invoice for the customers;
Process sample order of the customers;
Handle customer complaints and claims;
Monitor inventory level;
Prepare shipping details and mail invoices to the customers for payment preparation;
Follow product quality issue.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree holder;
1 to 2 years of experience in customer service field, preferably in electronic components Industry;
Fluent in English and Mandarin;
Good communication & interpersonal skill;
Excellent computer software and database system knowledge, SAP knowledge is preferable;
Familiar with Incoterms.
