Pierre & Vacances-Center Parcs Group (PVCP Group) was founded in 1967 and the Group is known as the leader and role model firm in the European tourism properties development and management field. It has been committed to develop, design, sell and manage innovative, natural and harmonious tourism properties. Now, the Group has 6 major tourism brands and is managing more than 280 resorts and hotels distributed across 21 countries and regions worldwide.

In 2016, with the Group’s experience of over 50 successful years in the industry, the wholly owned real estate investment subsidiary of PVCP Group —— PVCP China Real Estate Brokerage was founded in China. Successfully blended resort property development, leaseback, and tourism management by adhering to ethical management practices, the company aims to rebuild the corporate image of tourism property investment industry in Asia.

PVCP China Real Estate Brokerage offers selected tourism properties that are independently developed and operated by PVCP Group both at home and abroad, and also acts as a sales representative for other international first-line tourism property brands, so as to meet various investment and vacation needs of Chinese families.

岗位职责：

• 结合度假项目卖点寻找优质合作伙伴；
• 为合作伙伴提供专业培训及销售支持；
• 与内部销售团队开展密切高效合作
• 提供专业细致的房产咨询服务
• 熟练掌握区域楼盘详细情况, 带合作伙伴看房
• 及时跟踪合作伙伴信息并录入CRM系统
• 及时向公司反映客户反馈及市场动态

岗位要求：

• 熟悉中国度假房产市场，3年以上度假房产项目销售渠道经验，有中国度假房产项目资源者优先
• 本科以上文凭 ，专业不限，国际贸易，房地产，旅游奢侈品，市场营销专业优先
• 拥有优秀的沟通和谈判技能
• 了解国内投资市场形势，具有市场洞察力，较强的逻辑思维能力
• 工作有条理，迅速学习及融入

薪资待遇：
