岗位职责：

1.根据企业发展战略，对目标市场进行研究和分析，组织编制年度市场开发计划，并报上级领导审批；

2.协助上级制定营销策略，树立品牌形象，提升品牌影响力；

3.收集行业内技术、市场等各方面信息及变化情况，并做分析预测；

4.定期撰写市场分析报告，并提出相关改进建议；

5.组织实施品牌市场推广活动，在目标客户群中建立知名度和美誉度；

6.定期组织市场推广活动效果的反馈评估，并撰写评估报告；

7.编制市场推广的各项费用预算，上报领导审批；

8.负责本部门团队建设工作；

9.拥有B2B、B2C商业模式经验。

任职要求：

1.统招硕士以上学历，市场营销相关专业优先考虑，有海外留学、工作背景优先考虑；

2.5年以上相关工作经验，2年以上同岗位工作经验，行业不限；

3.英语听说读写流利，能作为工作语言；

4.有出色的表达能力和演讲能力。
