We are now hiring a Talent Strategy and Program Expert, responsibilites are as follows:
1. Provide the HR team, through research and interview with knowledge and suggestions to develop global strategy according to the reality of the company.
2. Make policy of recruiting through deep data analysis and interpretation.
3. Promote projects implementation through coordinating internal and external resources.
职位要求：
1. Excellent data analytics and interpretation skills.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
4. Proficiency in English is required; basic Mandarin skills preferred.
