Responsibilities:

• Responsible to effectively manage two large/complex client accounts to achieve client results or objectives; ensure high-quality service/deliverables, maintain positive client relationship, and expanding business offering with reasonable profitability;
• Understand the main trends in the client industry and relate them to the PR strategy, use knowledge to advance clients ‘program and build thought leadership;
• Make realistic and sound recommendations that takes into consideration short and long-term perspectives, and client’s constraints;
• Expand and own network of journalist and influencer relationships and introduce them to clients where needed;
• Able to write communication proposals, press releases, executive speeches of such quality that no further revision and polishing is needed;

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years working experience in public relations agency or related, ideally more than 1 years’ experience in managing team work.
• Capabilities to understand the key concept of a brand and how to develop creative ideas based on the concept or key message.
• Have big picture and strategic thinking in PR management. Better to coordinate in business development planning.
• Strong copywriting skills
• Best have experience in cross-office cooperation, familiar with the regional status of market.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, good skills in PPT and proposal writing.
