1.参与新产品的开发，包括原辅料的评估，配方设计，稳定性评估，工艺制定等工作；

2.负责新产品立项后研发项目管理，推动研发项目进展，撰写产品开发提案；

3.负责产品工艺技术标准的制定、修改及维护，合理控制产品开发成本；

4.收集市场竞品及相关企业信息，掌握市场动态和产品趋势；

5.编制、管理产品的工艺流程、产品标准、并适时对相关技术文件进行修订和完善；

6.负责食品研发的工厂化生产流程，组织、参与新品口感测试；

7.领导交办的其他工作。

任职资格：

1.食品相关专业统招硕士及以上学历；

2.有2年以上食品、饮料相关研发工作经验；

3.掌握产品制作工艺技术、设备使用知识及原辅材料专业知识；

4.熟悉食品行业法律法规，审评技术要点，文献调研能力强，能独立撰写专利（优先）；

5.独立完成过食品、饮料、乳制品、烘焙、酱料开发经验者优先。
