技能要求：

化学，化学工程与工艺，制药工程，生物技术

岗位职责：

1、制定并梳理天然保健品原料的产品线，细化产品开发及推广需求，为产品研发提供技术支持。

2、调研国内及国际市场需求，收集分析市场信息，制定公司天然保健品原料的研发规划及产品推广计划，并提供市场指导支持。

3、组织新产品产业化试生产，摸索新品适合于产业化放大的技术条件。

4、负责公司研发项目管理体系搭建，管理制度拟定，不断优化公司研发项目管控。

5、跟进研发项目整体进度，研发部内部及各相关部门间的沟通协调组织，解决项目过程中问题，定期输出项目进度报告、人员任务完成情况报告、项目整体报告、过程记录报告等。

6、领导交代的其他工作。

任职要求：

1、硕士及以上学历，化学、化工、生物等相关专业。

2、有3年以上实验室研发及管理经验.

3、英语听说读写熟练，可作为工作语言。
