岗位职责：

1) 产品开发：根据公司的产品研发战略规划，组织新产品的项目开发。对已有产品的工艺改进和技术引申。

2) 工艺研究：根据公司研发战略规划，参与新项目的设计思路及研发方向调研，组织具体研究工作。

3) 市场服务：根据客户需求和产品市场反馈，快速响应解决方案；解答客户提出的技术问题。

4) 工业化转化：根据公司总体需求，执行新产品实验室工艺向生产转化的对接工作，指定技术、工艺标准。

5) 知识产权：根据具体需要，协助项目的专利申请相关实验设计和文本撰写工作；及时答复专利律师的问题。

6) 技术支持：为市场开发工作提供技术支持，参与展会、技术交流等相关工作。

任职资格：

1、硕士及以上学历，化学、化工等相关专业。

2、有2年以上工艺研发或食品研发经验者优先考虑。

3、英语流利，可以独立查阅文献。
