岗位职责：

1、根据公司的产品研发战略和方向设计专有产品、安排协助研发中心进行必要的研究以开发专利；

2、管理美国、欧洲的专利代理事务所，撰写及递交专利申请、对专利的审查答复制定方案及撰写答复意见、管理及维护授权专利；

3、负责行业相关专利和文献的收集、分析，根据市场专利态势制定公司的产品及专利发展方案；

4、执行及完善公司的知识产权战略，通过多种方式使得专利及知识产权转化为产品效益和品牌价值；

5、商标的注册及管理；

6、应合作伙伴的需求进行知识产权咨询。

岗位要求：

1、化学、化工、食品等相关专业，博士及以上学历；

2、在公司法务、专利审查、代理行业任职1年以上，受过完整的相关业务知识培训，熟悉美国、欧洲及中国的知识产权法律法规；

3、逻辑性强，文笔流畅，有较强文档编写能力；能够熟练翻译英文专利文献、英文邮件沟通无障碍；

4、积极主动，具有较强的业务开拓能力；性格积极乐观、迎难而上；

5、有专利工程师或知识产权代理人证书者优先考虑。
