The company:
The company is an European leader in designing displays or building exhibition booths for various industries. The company is highly international with international branches and has been successful around the globe. In China we see further opportunity for business growth and we are looking for a Head of Sales with high integrity and business acumen.
Your mission and task:
You will be responsible to run the sales in East China (Greater Shanghai Area) and develop further business for China. Understanding the industrial exhibitions and events market and be connected with the right organization or institutions will be your daily task to create further business opportunity. Setting goals and direction for the team, and to establish the premium position for the company in China will be your mission to increase business. Hiring the right sales and marketing forces and to lead them with clear direction your will be able to boost your sales for the company in China.
Your profile:
You are well connected with exhibition organizers, industrial marketing bodies and are familiar their needs. You have business development experience in China with service, interior or architectural products, or event organization with high project management skills. You speak English and Chinese as business languages and have strong vision to achieve extraordinary success. Open and transparent way of working will be the value you will share with the company and you are passionate about the products and service you offer to your customers. Flexible thinking to create new market may enable you to enter new markets with the products since the company has several applications to offer with their high quality products and service.
