Purpose of this position ·    

 ·  Maintenance, repairs and maintenance of equipment. Production support .     

 ·  Introduction of new technologies and equipment at R&M    

Tasks ·        

  · Maintenance of the production assembly systems      

  ·  Repairs of various systems and devices in production    

  ·  Elimination of electrical, electronic and mechanical malfunctions in assembly systems       

  · Preventive maintenance according to the system maps        

  · Assistance in commissioning the new equipment       

  · Optimization / changes of assembly equipment and machines      

  ·  Procurement of spare parts   

  ·  Setting up various resources        

  · On-call service (deputy management)       

  · Employee training 

Responsibilities

·   Support production,

    

·   The position holder ensures that the guidelines and instructions that are specified in the QM documentation are adhered to in his / her area / department.                

Competence

·   Power of attorney for urgent troubleshooting

    ·   Modifications, replacement and maintenance in direct connection with the  assembly machines
