Key Accountabilities:
· Lead Admin team to deliver fast and efficient administration services to meet the needs of the internal customers
· Ensure proper policies and procedures are in place and work processes are constantly reviewed for improvement
· Deliver excellent value in purchased goods & services, ensure a high performance of supplier base for all the functions.
· Set and monitor the processes & standards of the procurement within the commercial & functional team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
· Manage and carry out the procurement including tendering process for various functions for the company.
· Conduct supplier survey and analyzes supplier performance to improve costing and quality.
· Responsible for all aspects of supplier management to ensure cost-effective products and services are provided to each business function with consistent quality and acceptable delivery levels maintained
· Collaborates with cross-functional team, communicates and trains partners in procurement guidelines and classifications.
· Build a high performance team to support the office administration and procurement, train, develop and motivate the team members to meet team objectives.

Requirements:
Bacheor’s Degree or above
5+ years of relevant experience
Excellent negotiation skills
Strong process orientation
Financial acumen & commercial sense
Good leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of spoken and written English is preferred
