Key responsibilities             主要职责   Create and update wine lists.创建更新酒水单；Design and implement wine promotions and  incentive programs.设计与实现葡萄酒的促销和奖励计划；Conduct training for bartender staff.对调酒师进行培训；Maintain accurate spill sheet.保持准确的溢表；Answer guest questions or concerns regarding the      origin, vintage, and style of various wines.回答客人关于葡萄酒的起源、年份、风格等；Update and maintain wine list and MICROS system.更新和维护酒单和系统；Complete scheduled inventories and stock and      requisition necessary supplies.完成预定的库存和采购必要的用品；Follow all company and safety and security policies  ；To direct, control and co-ordinate all beverage, activities at the bar, ensuring that all beverage orders for the guests  meet the standards.指挥、控制和协调酒吧所有的酒水活动，确保客人的酒水订单符合标准；To create the beverage offerings and monitor the consistency of them.创建监控酒水供应的一致性；Ensure bar staff is working together as a team; develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen, respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.确保酒吧工作人员是作为一个团队一起工作；展并保持良好的工作关系，支持团队达成共同的目标，倾听并适当地回应员工的关注；Restock bar with liquor and supplies according the par and following property standards; anticipate and communicate     replenishment needs.根据标准补充酒水，沟通预测和补货需求；Ensure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets,and storage areas keep safety.确保白酒、啤酒、葡萄酒、冷却器、橱柜、和存储区的安全；To assist management in other matters as  requested.处理上级安排的其他工作。
