1. Provide both internal and external clients with professional admin. and reception services, maintain admin duties in a proper conditions of efficiency and convenience. 为内部和外部客户提供专业的行政服务。以及接待服务，在适当的条件下保持行政工作的效率和便利性。

2．Travel coordination between CWT and company staffs, keep all traveling request are in line with company internal approval requirement, maintain travel system与公司员工协调差旅事宜，确保所有差旅要求符合公司内部批准要求，维护差旅系统

3. Work with and support NOV global traveling manager to streamline local travelling process, managing cooperation hotels and relevant vendors协助和支持NOV全球旅游经理简化当地旅游流程，管理合作酒店和相关供应商

4. Issue LOI to NOV global colleagues/business travelers, support them apply business VISA from their local embassy向NOV的全球同事/商务旅行者发放LOI，在他们向当地大使馆申请商务签证时提供支持

5. Ordering necessary office supplies in line with company procurement process requirement, get the costs allocation done accurately, and record relative information in finance system. 根据公司采购流程要求订购必要的办公用品，准确完成成本分配，并在财务系统中记录相关信息。

6. Ensure respectful attention to the invited visitors and provide properly guidance确保有礼貌地接待来访客人，并提供适当的指导

8.Answer the phone call timely, and get it transferred to the right person/department及时接听电话，并将电话转给正确的人/部门

9. Record the sending and receiving information accurately for company express, charging the monthly cost accurately准确记录公司快递收发信息，准确收取每月费用

10. Support the property management company (or landlord) for troubleshooting协助物业公司(或业主)排除故障
