1. Strong analytical and coding skills

2. Experience of system design, PLUS: Good at large scale system design

3. Open minded, and creative thinking to create new ideas

4. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and within a distributed team across multiple time zones

5. Ability to work independently with minimal guidance

6. Experience with Go programming language

7. Previous experience with algorithms, architecture, cloud computing, concurrency, database, distributed systems, file systems, and networking

8. UNIX/Linux systems knowledge and/or systems administration background

9. Good at SRE/DevOps knowledge

10. Prior experience of scaling up startup companies
