工作职责：

负责公司模具研发设计与制造维修改进等技术与管理工作，制定并实施公司新模具工艺开发设计与目标，主持责任项目范围内的日常事务管理，配合销售部，品质部及制造部等部门从模具工艺方面提高技术保证与支持，同相关部门建立良好的工作渠道。

1、负责设计、编程进行模具工艺评估及产品结构评审，

2、制作新模及改模模具加工排期表，

3、新模/修改模报价，

4、开立内部加工工序异常单，并组织相关人员进行原因分析，提出临时/长期改善措

施，

5、跟进新模，修改模进度，

6. 建立及完善模具配件各工序加工标准工时，及跟进工模部相关单位技术标准建立及

完善及实施，协助供应商品质标准的建立及实施，

任职资格：

1.至少有7年以上模具设计或模具制作经验及5年以上模具加工工艺/模具排期、进度跟进（做过美容仪器、化状品类产品者优先），熟练使用软件：CAD2007/UG11.0，熟悉注塑成型工艺，常用塑胶pp/ABS/PC/尼龙/TPED等物性；

2.工作态度良好，积极向上，有责任心，上进心；

3.本科及以上学历，机械设计及自动化专业或模具等相关专业；
