Purpose

We are looking for highly diligent candidates with excellent attention to details of quality management to help establish a world class center of excellence of fire alarm products.

Main Responsibilities

Value Stream - Production

- Work with production team to maintain manufacturing quality control procedures.

- Use data-driven methods such as statistical process control to monitor performance.

- Owner of product audit of products out of production line.

Value Stream – Supply Chain

- Work with supply chain team to maintain supply chain procedures.

- Work with the supply chain team, provide evaluations of supplier selection and ongoing performance.

- Extend process capability studies into supplier manufacturing.

Value Stream – Design

- Conduct quality assurance throughout new product development projects, including R&D development activities, introduction to production activities (manufacturing engineering), project management activities and gate reviews.

- Establish and maintain configuration management system with R&D team, engineering file control system with production/engineering team.

- Engineering change management.

Overall

- Continuous improvement to all processes in the organization. Coach/drive kaizen or rapid improvement events. Identify improvement projects such as lean and six sigma projects.

- Conduct quality system audits.

Job Qualifications

- 5+ years’ experience in quality management.

- Big Q mindset.

- Statistical analysis skills.

- Communication and influencing skills. Communicate effectively at all levels.

- Experience in MNCs is a plus.

- English speaking is a plus.
