RESPONSIBILITY:

- Follow and coordinate projects of whole vehicle development

- Make plans of whole vehicle testing; e.g. road approval test, durability test, etc.

- Track and summarize problems during testing, including performance, acoustics and other related issues

- Carry out project meeting with technical departments, analyze and solve problems and 

  make continuous improvements

- Take meeting minutes, track problems solving and report to the management regularly

职责：

- 负责整车开发项目的追踪和协调

- 制定各类整车相关的试验计划，如：整车认可试验、道路耐久试验等

- 统计、汇总和追踪试车试验中的问题，包括性能、声学及其他实验

- 协调各专业部门开展项目进度会议，分析、解决试验中的问题，提出改进措施

- 记录会议结果，追踪问题解决进度，定期向上级汇报

REQUIREMENTS:

- Completed bachelor degree or above in Engineering (e.g. mechanical, automotive, electrical or 

   equivalent education in a related subject)

- Work or project experience as project management or vehicle development

- Good communication, coordination skill and good team player

- Fluent German speaker or English speaker

要求：

- 车辆工程、机械制造、电子电气等相关专业本科以上学历

- 有相关工作经验，有整车开发经验优先

- 良好的英语或德语水平

- 较强的沟通协调能力，良好的团队协作能力
