  Job Description:

 Retail

  

• Facilitate communication between office & front line shops and provide operational and administrative support to retail shops for new shop opening and daily bases.

• Assist in implementation of marketing activities and staff training program

• Support shop opening and communication with mall management

• To provide market and competitor information with regular market research

• Maintain updated record and prepare consolidation reports

   Merchandising

            

• Formulate the seasonal OTB budget in conjunction with merchandise planning

• Monitor sales performance through in depth sales analysis, sell through and trends

• Manage merchandise distribution, stock allocation, inventory and merchandise replenishment to achieve optimum sales, sell through and GP%

• Prepare product training manual and provide regular training to front line staff to enable understanding of merchandise strategies as well as the range’s feature and benefit

• Follow up shipment and work with logistic team for labelling and delivery  

• Maintain awareness of competitor price point and good understanding of brand and product positioning

• Feedback constantly to design & product development for stronger product to meet market demand

• Master file maintenance and reporting

   

  Requirement:

   

                      

• Minimum 3 years of merchandise management experience for apparel; experience in kids wear brand preferred;

• Good command of Spoken & Written English;

• High efficiency and strong analytical skills;

• Excellent communication skills to work well with various functions;

• Self-motivated and can work under pressure.
