Key Responsibilities

• Explore novel algorithms for small molecule drug discovery using artificial intelligence.
• Build a multifunctional AI enabling technology platform to help expedite drug discovery process.
• Construct an in-house comprehensive database with continuous expanding capability using data mining and data integration technology.
• Apply AI-based methods to internal drug discovery projects.

Minimum Requirements

• PhD degree in Computational Chemistry, Bioinformatics, Computer Science or related disciplines with a record of demonstrated productivity.
• Basic understanding of machine learning/deep learning with hands-on experience preferred.
• Good understanding and coding experience of the Python language, experience with other object-oriented language is a plus.
• Experience with drug discovery is plus.
• The candidate must have good communication skills to work in a collaborative team environment. Oral and written skills in English are preferred.
• Scientific integrity is a must, candidate should be professional in maintaining lab notebooks and electronic files.
