Promote world-class marketing and sales , improve the ROMI of marketing activities促进达成世界级营销，提高市场投资回报率--15%
Develop a keen sense of strategic marketing through information collection , trend analysis and market & competition study 通过信息收集，趋势分析和市场及竞争的研究来发展敏锐的策略性营销--15%

Minimum Required Qualifications最低要求

• Bachelor degree-preferably in business or animal science商务或动物营养专业学士学历
• more than 3 years of successful experience in sales, marketing, farming, or leadership of a related business.在销售、市场、牧场或相关行业有3年以上经验者优先
• Customer oriented mindset and behavior 以客户为导向的意识和行为
• Will need to be able to travel to local business for supporting team接受出差支持区域业务
• Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills 很强的沟通能力，表达能力及书写能力
•  English reading and writing英语读写能力
