• Develop and apply production processes for thermal technology systems (seat heaters, comfort cools etc.) and participating in project team according to Gentherm APQP procedures. 开发和应用热电技术系统的产品工艺(座椅加热、通风等)，依照Gentherm APQP流程参与项目小组；
• Improve existing procedures and processes from start of production till end of process life cycle. 从生产开始到结束生命周期过程中，完善现有的过程和工艺；
• Take over leadership or specialist/key user responsibilities for Gentherm local projects, processes, programmes and procedures. 领导或者作为专家/关键用户，负责Gentherm当地项目，工艺，计划和程序；

For New Project / 新项目：

• Carry out process feasibility evaluation and process release according to the design drawing.设计图纸，进行工艺可行性评估并进行工艺放行；
• Participate in the project quotation of tools, process and personnel.工具、工艺、人员的项目报价；

For Sample Production Phase / 样品生产阶段：

• According to the design information, confirm the sample process parameters.设计信息，并确定样品工艺参数；
• Follow up sample production and solve process related problems.样品生产，以及期间的工艺问题解决；
• Make PFC document, based on process flow.工艺流程并制定PFC文件；
• Collect and measure time study, identify production capacity and production line requirements.工时采集与测量，识别生产能力以及产线需求；
• Identify the process of new materials combination and do process validation of new materials.材料新组合的工艺识别，并进行新材料的工艺验证；
• Provide process input and requirement for new equipment.新的设备，工艺上的输入和要求；
• Lead sample PFMEA and review DFMEA. 样品PFMEA，以及评审DFMEA；

For Trail Run Production Phase / 试生产阶段:

• Lead trail run and release layout drawing.试运行，放行布局图；
• Make process drawing and update PFC and WI, according to design information.设计信息，制定工艺图纸，更新PFC与WI；
• Review tooling drawing, input related information for tooling making and provide technical support.工具图纸的评审，为工具输入相关信息，提供技术支持；
• Release in SAP system, create routing and carry out system maintenance on process.SAP系统中放行，创建routing，并进行工艺方面的系统维护；
• Follow up the production process, confirm process and personnel and make record.生产工序，确认工序与人员匹配的合理性并记录；
• Lead trail run production meeting and coordinate problem solving.试生产会议并协调问题解决；

For Job0 Production Phase / Job 0阶段:

• Provide process support for production, organize related meetings and solve related problems timely.工艺支持，组织相关会议，及时处理并解决相关问题；
• Prepare and update PFC, PPK document to Quality department.与准备PFC、PPK 文件至质量部；

For SOP Phase / SOP阶段:

• Monitor the production cycle with Capknowledge and solve problems timely.Capknowledge进行生产节拍监测并及时解决问题；
• Assist to deal with the customer complaint and support production process.处理设计工艺的客户投诉，支持生产工艺。
