RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS

? Develop and present project proposals, independently conducting consumer research and insights analysis for client teams

? Analyze data from surveys and qualitative research methodologies, industry trends/competitive landscape and develop these data into reports and brainstorming session for client teams

? Lead brainstorming sessions and workshop

? Develop and present annual and event customer marketing campaign plans

? Identify appropriate marketing tools and budgets to reach client objectives and improve/evolve tools up to trend

? Effectively communicate project deliverables across the team and resolve issues to ensure deadlines are met

? Manage multiple projects and timelines effectively

? Identify research opportunities for client projects when necessary

? Identify key insights and deliver into actionable plans

? Work collaboratively with account management to lead strategy development

? Assist in training teammates of the consumer insight knowledge

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS

? A minimum of 6 years’ relevant work experience

? Be able to manage and motivate creative, clients and planners

? Possess commercial awareness and demonstrated business acumen

? Possess good verbal and written communication skills, both in Chinese and English

? Possess thorough market and industry knowledge – historical and current and to identify opportunities

? Possess thorough client knowledge – also client’s market and competitors information

? Have top-line knowledge of the broader picture – other markets and key clients
