2. Monitor shipment and coordinate schedule according to guideline
3. Monitor and coordinate shipment schedule update
4. Monitor and coordinate shipment documents update
5. Check key shipment data including model, CIF, HS code, engine code, port information, ETA, etc
6. Update checklist, WIT system with above input
7. System problem shooting & tracking
8. Monitor major change of ETA (over 3 days), especially caused by accident, hurricane, storm, and update timely to relevant teams

10. >Government Data Uploading & Management for Imported Finished Vehicles
11. Data uploading according to SAT, MIIT, MEP required format
12. 48 hours limitation for MIIT data uploading after customs clearance
13. 48 hours limitation for SAT data uploading after customs import certificate issued
14. Every month presents summary of import data to MEP

16. >Vin registration for Rolls-Royce Finished Vehicles
17. Vin registration data cross check
18. Cross check the data in the system and packing list, make sure the data consistency
19. Define the COC colour according to the principles, confirm with RR colleague if here is new colour coming out.
20. Cross check engine number
21. Cross check the production year and month
22. Cross check the Wheels size and CIF price

Requirements：

·         At least 2-years’ experience in automotive logistics management

·         Experience in international shipment management

·         Experience in data alignment with government systems

·         Experience in importation documents management

·         IT background preferred for shipment data management package

·         International trade background preferred for government data management package

·         Data sensitive, attentive, detail-oriented

·         Excellent communication skills, good English command in oral and writing.

·         MS Office Knowledge.
