1.熟悉公司代理品牌的型号的相关知识。以及各品牌对应供应商的相关信息
2.负责收到询价查询历史采购信息，根据信息形成表格，再进行询价。
3.负责相关货物询价后的积极跟进，根据具体情况给销售报价。
4.负责确认采购后及时出具采购合同，并落实交期信息。
5.负责编制付款申请单。
6.负责和相关报关公司对接，负责进口货物的文件、单证制作、等相关手续办理。 并负责编制，录入，更新相关表格。
7.负责验收货物，库房管理及发货。
8.负责每月发票的跟进。
9.负责编制维护公司采购相关表格。

任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，国际贸易、商务英语类，电子类专业；
2、1年以上电子行业工作经验；
3、对电子元器件的性能有一定的了解； 熟悉电子电路知识，熟悉电子行业检测类仪器仪表
4、英语及计算机运用熟练，有一定财务知识者优先考虑；
5、良好的语言表达及较强的沟通能力，工作认真细致，积极进取，善于学习与创新。
