【岗位职责】

1. 执行信贷审查及审批推荐职责

Perform the responsibility of preliminary credit analysis and recommendatio.

(1) 核实借款申请人资料、信息的真实性及合规性

Check authenticity and compliance of the loan applicant's information and documents submitted.

(2) 执行信贷政策审核客户资质，提交审查建议

Follow credit policy and procedure, analyze customer' qualification, and submit credit recommendation.

2. 完成日常审查工作量，合理防控风险保证审核质量，提高审核效率

Complete the daily check workload, prevent and control the risk to ensure the customers’ quality, increase the check efficiency.

3. 按照风险管理政策要求，报告疑似虚假案例及骗贷案例，控制信贷风险

Per Risk management policy requirements, report suspected false cases and fraud cases,  control credit risk.

4. 针对现有信贷政策、操作要求及流程，提出合理化改善建议

Raise reasonable Kaizen suggestions in terms of current credit policy, procedure and process.

5. 杜绝客户及经销商投诉，提高客户满意度

Control customer and dealer complaints, and improve customer satisfaction.

6. 参加公司及部门业务培训，减少工作失误

Participate company and department business training to reduce work errors.

7. 公司交办的其他事宜

Other matters assigned by the company.

8. 因工作需要，员工应根据公司安排到国内/外出差

Domestic / oversea business trip according to company requirement
 

【任职条件】                                                                             

● 大学本科学历，财务、金融或汽车相关专业（英语CET-4或日语N2及以上）

University degree, or equivalent in finance banking or automobile（At least English CET-4 or Japanese N2）

● 银行或金融、财务类公司相关部门工作经验（1-3年）

Bank、 Auto finance company or Financial company experience preferred（1-3 years）

● 具备良好的沟通能力，逻辑思维处理问题能力

Be capable of good communication skills, analytical and problem solving skills

● 优秀的服务意识，团队精神

Having excellent service sense, and team work spirit
