• Manage Quality Manufacturing Engineering support activities for multiple New Product Development programs. 
• Deploys of Lean Manufacturing on new assembly lines at 1st Tier Suppliers.
• Ensuring that the NPI and sustaining manufacturing products have robust process design, that design for manufacturing is considered focusing on defect-prevention through error-proofing.
• Liaise with Euro-Pro design and engineering departments whilst supporting the allocated supplier for the relevant new or sustaining project.
• Drive the PFMEA, Process Control Plans quality activities.
• Drive the manufacturing process documents (PFD/ Line layout/ SOP/ JBS/ Material Packing definition) actives.
• Drive the process NUDD identify and product DFM during NPD stage, influence designer to use suit design to reduce the manufacturing quality risk and help the manufacturing efficiency.
• Manages the timeliness and robustness of “ME Project Dashboard” during the NPD/ NPI activities.
• Define and deploy Standardized and best practice Manufacturing Processes for the assembly of Heated products at suppliers.
• Ensure that new processes defined as part of NPI process, reflect DFSS and DFM.
• Assist to define adequate infrastructure and capable personnel assigned to support the NPI & manufacturing process at the 1st tier suppliers.
• Facilitate the introduction of tools, jigs & fixtures and to complete gauge R & R for the elimination of errors
• Suppliers’ Process Control Plans quality activities are completed and reviewed on an ongoing basis
• Monitor Supplier Ongoing assembly line readiness for MP and initiate process improvement activities for current assembly lines at supplier.
• Ensuring that the product that is manufactured meets specification
• Contribute to the timely completion of the Product Readiness activities across the China Heated organization.
• Ensuring that all risks are identified and communicated to the business and that an action plan is created to resolve any “critical” manufacturing related concerns.

Supports Quality Engineering activities to improve customer satisfaction and successful achievement of company quality objectives.

Position Requirements/ Experience: 

• Degree in engineering with 8+ years’ experience in Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Development and New Product Introduction (on manufacturing engineering function with basic quality knowledge), experience in high volume manufacturing
• Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Principles.
• Good knowledge of injection molding processes, mechanical and electronics assembly, manufacturing Efficiencies, advanced quality improvement techniques.
• Good knowledge of line set up/ production document
• Good knowledge of DFM (Design for Manufacturing)
• Demonstrated high level of engagement and self-motivation.
• Good communications and interpersonal skills: presents ideas in a style that is clear, fluent and to-the-point.
• Proficiency in writing, reading English.
• Practical experience in metrology, test, inspection and analysis techniques
• Good coordination skills and teamwork spirit.
• Action/result oriented: Achieves high level, sustainable performance and results; is bottom-line oriented; steadfastly pushes self and encourages others to grasp ownership for achieving timely, quality, agreed upon results; is highly energetic;
