Job Description工作描述:
全面负责既定产品线的规划、引进和开发，深刻了解渔具行业发展现状，准确把握渔具行业发展方向，制定有效市场策略及活动，确保公司产品的市场竞争力。

RESPONSIBILITIES 职责:
1. 负责对既定产品线的管理;
2. 实现产品线的规划、引进及并和供应商合作开发新产品;
3. 控制产品线的预算、毛利以及制定产品改进计划;
4. 制定有效的市场策略及组织市场支持活动，促进产品销售及提升品牌地位；
5. 对相关产品线的技术服务提供支持

Requirements要求:
1. 喜好并擅长钓鱼活动；
2. 至少有5年渔具行业的工作经历, 熟悉渔具行业的发展现状。
3. 大学本科学历( 专业方向: 产品市场商业管理, 原材料科学, 市场学, 工程类);
4. 英语口语流利，熟练使用电脑；
5. 工作地点在北京

Job Description:
Directly responsible for management of dedicated product lines with full responsibility, including analysis and portfolio improvement by product development for local market. Must be able to prioritize activities and work independently as a self-motivated employee.

Responsibilities:
1. Management of dedicated product lines;
2. Analysis and portfolio improvement by product development;
3. Controlling of product line budgets, margin and set-up of improvement plans;
4. Co-operation with the vendor to develop new products;
5. Further development of sales through realization of marketing activities and sales support;
6. Systematic penetration of strategic target markets and customers together with sales team;
7. Preparation and approval of offers with special project process;
8. Support in customer complaint management for related product lines.

Requirements:
1. Like and good at fishing sports;
2. At least 5 years working experience in fishing tackle industry, familiar with the manufacturing, marketing and sales of fishing industry;
3. University degree (Product marketing business administration, material science, marketing, Industrial engineering);
4. Customer oriented skills, efficient in Self-organization, strong commitment and strong in communication;
5. Fluent Business English both in oral and written; excellent in software such as MS Office;
6. This position is located in Beijing;
