- Assistant SPM/PM team to Set-up and run quality management and administration processes of property in line or as directed by property management, including tenancy matters and fit-out, service contractors and customer service issues, formal reporting internally as required.

- To record any problems that is related to product, process and quality system.

- To assistant control further processing, delivery, feedback or installation of non conforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.

- Assist the SPM/PM in liaising and coordinating with relevant government departments.

-Assist in preparing, maintaining daily expenses are under relevant item of PM budget.

- Document and keep a detailed tenant and PM working files, advice and plan appropriate follow up.

- Organize periodic and random subcontractor service quality survey and to report its results to SPM/PM Manager.

- Other assignments as designated by SPM/PM Manager and Customer Service Manager.'

JOB SPECIFICATION：

- Bachelor Degree or College level in Property Management, Commercial, or other relevant major.

- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

-3~5 years management experience inclusive admin, customer service, fitting-out working and PM related works.

- Good personal presentation， Good Communication skills both verbal and written English and Mandarin

- Good team player

- Ability manages time and workload.
