Position Description – Digital Marketing Specialist

    

    

A motivated, results-driven Digital Marketing specialist to support our digital marketing initiatives. This individual thrives in a fast-moving environment and works towards results, while having fun.

    

    

Reports to the Marketing Manager

    

    

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

    

• Assist the development and execution of digital marketing campaign in retail and Ecom channel.
• Social contents production and social accounts (Weibo/WeChat /Douyin etc.) operation.
• Experience with paid search advertising platforms and tools and search engine optimization to improve natural search rankings.
• Utilize analytics analysis to evaluate customer experience throughout customer touch points in order to increase brand awareness and sales

                    

    

Qualifications:

    

• Bachelor degree or above
• 2 years of experience in consumer digital and social marketing
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
• Experience in Cycling/Outdoor/Sports gear business is preferred
• Sensitive to figures and excellent office/Photoshop users
• Be passionate about sports
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, and be able to manage multiple tasks in a well-organized way, while maintaining high quality work

• 协助创建并监督完成数字营销相关市场活动，包含零售和电商领域。
• 官方社交媒体内容的创作和管理，包含微信，微博，抖音等
• 管理付费搜索广告平台，并优化搜索引擎，提高搜索自然排名
• 利用分析和您的分析评估整个客户接触点的客户体验，以提高品牌知名度和销售

                    

    

任职要求:

    

• 本科或以上学历
• 两年或以上在4A广告公司或数字营销机构从业经验
• 流利的普通话以及良好的英语口语和书面表达能力
• 有运动自行车、户外、体育用品等相关领域工作经验者优先
• 对数字敏感，熟练使用Office和Photoshop
• 热爱运动
• 优秀的沟通及人际交往能力
• 自我驱动并能在一定压力下高质量完成繁杂的工作
