9. 负责公司的相关审计工作和年度结账工作

Responsible for company audit and annual settlement;

10. 和相关部门保持良好的沟通和联系，能够及时认真的处理其他部门提出的工作支持要求

Maintain good communication and contact with relevant departments such as sales and operations, and be able to complete the tasks required by them in a timely and serious manner;

11. 了解最新的相关的法律法规和会计制度，并确保运用到财务工作当中，给财务部门和其他部门提供财务培训

Understand and learn the latest relevant regulations and laws and accounting standards, ensure properly applied those in the finance works, provide finance training to the team and other departments

12. 能够按照中国会计准则和国际会计准则进行账务处理。

Can independently complete the processing of full set of accounts for foreign-funded enterprises according to PRC GAAP and IFRS.

13. 及时、准确地完成每月的税务申报

Online tax reporting (value added tax, financial statements and related report) accurately and timely

14. 负责分公司相关的人事工作，包括但不限于考勤记录，工资计算，劳动合同签署，社会保险和公积金的登记和缴纳等

HR related works, such as duty record, salary calculation, labor contract, social security and housing fund filing and registration, and etc.

15. 负责公司行政相关工作，包括但不限于办公室租金支付和维护，各项公用设施的检查，办公室能源使用的管理，公司车辆的管理以及公司等级注册、备案等相关工作。

Admin related works, such as office rental and maintenance, facility check, utility usage, company car management, and other company registration and filing works at authorities

16. 和北京总公司的财务部门以及人事部门保持有效、顺畅的沟通，针对工作当中的问题及时汇报

任职资格：Qualification

会计、财务或相关专业本科以上学历

College graduated or above majored in finance related

8年以上财务管理工作经验，有跨行业财务工作经历者优先考虑

8+ years of relevant experience in accounting and finance management

5年以上使用Excel,用友和其他财务软件的经验，具有SAP系统经验更佳

5+ years using Excel, User friend and other financial software, SAP experience is preferred

英文的听，说，读，写熟练

English listening, speaking, reading, writing proficiency

积极乐观的工作态度，愿意和公司共同成长

Can do attitude and willingness to grow with company

具有贸易行业或者进出口行业的工作经验更佳

Experience with the trading company or import-export sectors preferred
